HCEA has been approved for continuing education contact hours for this conference as follows:
- Day 1: up to 5.7 contact hours
- Day 2: up to 6.0 contact hours
- Day 3: up to 3.6 contact hours
If you attend all three days, you can receive up to 15.3 continuing education contact hours.
The University of Kentucky Hospital is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Kentucky Board of Nursing. Provider offering #4-0013-12-24-020.
HCEA has also been approved for CHES/MCHES up to 15.25 hours.
All registrants will be sent an email with instructions on how to access the virtual Annual Conference a few days in advance of the meeting dates. Please plan to use the most up-to-date version of Chrome as your browser in order to maximize your experience at the Conference.

Cancellations: Any Conference registration cancellation must be made in writing directly to the HCEA. If received on or before September 6, 2023, HCEA will apply a $50 administrative fee and the remainder will be refunded. After September 6, 2023, no refund will be given.
