Striving for Excellence as a Health Care Educator?
HCEA is currently exploring the feasibility of a national certification for health care educators. To that end, we have begun developing a competency framework. Conversations continue with recognized accrediting organizations to establish this national certification program in the coming year. HCEA will post new information as it becomes available.

HCEA Good Read
The Hospital at the End of the World is part travelogue and part philosophy, all the while entertaining and drawing in the reader. The story is a nonfiction narrative of an American nurse who spent summers teaching nursing in a rural Nepal hospital run by Christian Missionaries.
