HCEA has a Learning Center Network comprised of directors, managers and educators who teach critical home care skills to patients and families in a structured Learning Center environment. Members of the Network often receive questions from around the country like "Where did you get the funds to build a learning center"? or "How many staff do you have in your learning center"?
